Order and Shipping
You can track your package directly using the delivery tracking link.
You’ll find your tracking number in the order confirmation email or in the “Orders” section of your customer account.

Order processing usually takes between 24 to 72 hours. Delivery typically takes between 8 to 16 days.
We do our best to shorten these timeframes despite the ongoing health crisis. Our team works hard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our products.
We ship your orders from various international warehouses (United States, Canada, China, and France). As Labu Doll operates globally, our inventory is distributed across multiple fulfillment centers to ensure faster delivery.
This means that orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. You might receive one item before the others.
Don’t worry if your products don’t all arrive in the same package — the remaining items are also on their way. However, if you haven’t received all your items within 20 business days, please contact us so we can check the status of your shipment.
Refunds and Returns
At Labu Doll, your satisfaction is guaranteed — or your money back. Upon receiving your order, you have a 14-day withdrawal period to request a return.
If you’re not satisfied with your item and it doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it at your own expense. To do so, please contact us at: labu-doll@contact-shop.com
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition (it must be unused and in its original packaging), we will proceed with either a refund or a replacement, based on your preference.
